📦 Shipping & Tracking
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 5–10 business days to reflect movement — this is completely normal and does not mean your order is lost.
❌ Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After that window, your order may already be in fulfillment — but reach out and we'll do our best to help.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No restocking fees.
Not eligible for return: used items, personalized products, or items returned without prior authorization.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued directly back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's processed.
