📦 Shipping Notice

Due to increased holiday order volume, some shipments may experience a short delay. This may result in delivery taking a few additional days beyond the estimated timeframe.

📌 Tracking Information

Due to seasonal carrier demand, tracking details are typically sent within 5–10 business days after your order is processed.

We appreciate your understanding during this busy season.


❌ Cancellations

Orders may be fully canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing. If so, you may return the item once received in accordance with our Return Policy.

How Do Subscriptions Work on Some Products?

Some of the products we offer include a discounted subscription option.

By selecting this option, you agree to receive the product automatically at the selected delivery frequency (monthly or as indicated on the product page) in exchange for an exclusive subscriber discount.

💡 Why is the discount higher?
Because subscription products require a minimum commitment of 2 orders. This allows us to plan inventory and offer better pricing to our recurring customers.

📦 Minimum Commitment:
Subscriptions may be canceled or paused after your second order has been processed.

Once the minimum period is completed, you may:

  • ✅ Cancel your subscription

  • ✅ Pause it temporarily

  • ✅ Modify your delivery frequency

🔄 Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy or 45 days in our supplements product from the date your order is delivered. (not eligible for Monthly subscriptions after first month)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not charge restocking fees.

⚠️ Please do not refuse delivery as a method of return.


💳 Refunds

Once your cancellation or return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items returned without prior authorization
