Shipping Update

Due to seasonal demand, some shipments may experience slight delays.
Tracking details are typically sent within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be fully canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be in processing. If so, you can return the item once received.

Any subscriptions, you may enter on your portal and cancel or you can send us an email at support@luceroni.com and we can help you pause or cancel subscription.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for clothing.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

Please contact us to receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
